Send your order reference and a short description of the problem. For a file issue, include the filename, your application and version, and the steps that produced it. Remove private client details from screenshots.

Support covers purchase access and reproducible defects in original files. It does not include custom design, implementation, client-specific writing, or an ongoing update schedule.

One business. Multiple projects.

The Website Handover Kit license permits one purchasing individual or business to adapt the files for its own and client projects. Team members and contractors working for that business may use the files for those projects.

You may remove template branding and share completed, project-specific documents with the relevant client. You may not sell, publish, give away, or redistribute the reusable blank templates, including modified versions. A separate business using the reusable kit needs its own license. The LICENSE.txt in the download contains the complete terms.

Compatibility

Use a compatible DOCX/XLSX editor and PDF reader. Check formatting, tables, validation, and formulas after conversion. The kit does not configure websites, transfer accounts, monitor renewals, or certify a launch.

A note on the first edition

Packs was initially developed under the name Onefold. Version 1.0 of the download may carry that name. It is the same Website Handover Kit shown here, with the same nine files and license.

Download your purchase

After checkout, follow the confirmation page or the “Access purchase” link in your order email to download the ZIP from your Polar customer portal. Keep that email for future access. If it is missing, check spam or contact support with your purchase email.
